Originally established as a Medical Weight Loss and Integrative Medicine Center, the practice opened in Warrenton in 2015 and rapidly expanded to Culpeper in 2016 to create a supportive health care practice that focuses on the patient\u2019s health and lifestyle priorities.<\/p>\n<div class=\"jumbotron jumbotron-fluid\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p><i><br \/>\nOur approach emphasizes disease prevention and health management so that people can live a long, healthy, disease-free life.<br \/>\n<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Dr. Sagar Verma works with his patients to understand their health concerns and specific needs. The relationship is based on listening to the patient and prioritizing their goals. By listening to his patients, Dr. Verma recognized that the resources for many of their concerns were limited in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Under his supervision, Lifestyle Physicians grew to include services such as, Naturopathic Physician services, Holistic Care, BHRT and regenerative medicine to prevent and manage chronic disease. Dr. Verma also provides continued education for the community so that they can better understand how integrative medicine can support traditional protocols.<\/p>\n<div class=\"jumbotron jumbotron-fluid\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p><i><br \/>\nThe goal of Lifestyle Physicians is to help patients thrive rather than just survive and lead a healthy meaningful disease free life.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>For patients who have typically relied on traditional medicine and prescriptions, the focus on their health goals at Lifestyle Physicians clinics has been a welcome change. The biggest difference the clinics provide is that the health teams work with the patient to focus on wellness and prevention, rather than treating only diseases and symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to empower our patients and clients to reach their health goals and sustain them to live the healthy, active lives they want.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--\n\n\n<div class=\"who-wecont\">\n\nFounded on a passion for Wellness, Lifestyle Physicians was established as a Medical Weight loss and Integrative Medicine Center focused on developing a healthy lifestyle that will prevent disease, manage chronic diseases in a holistic manner and enable you to live a long healthy disease-free life. Lifestyle Physicians opened its office in Warrenton in 2015 and soon expanded to Culpeper in 2016. Lifestyle Physicians is currently providing numerous services which include traditional Primary Care, Naturopathic Physician services, Holistic primary care, BHRT to prevent and manage  chronic diseases.\n\nDr. Sagar Verma, Dr. Sheeba Asaad, and Dr. Alexander Cope are the physicians who are striving to ensure a healthy disease-free life for their patients.
